With an extensive background in banking and the title business, Sharon gained knowledge of the local real estate market and formed relationships with the Park City real estate community prior to launching her own career in real estate sales in 2002. She served as chairperson of the Affiliate Committee to the Park City Board of Realtors® and was selected Affiliate of the Year in 1995.
She has also served as secretary to the Park City Chapter of the Home Builders' Association and she has been recognized as "Associate of the Year" by the Utah State Homebuilders' Association. Sharon has earned the professional designations of Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer's Agent, E-Pro and Certified Residential Specialist.
Sharon is active in all areas of Park City and Deer Valley real estate. She helps buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos, land, second homes, and investment properties. Her clients are fiercely loyal to her because of her reputation for integrity, her extensive knowledge of the local market, and her negotiating skills and professionalism. Her work ethic is top notch, her energy is unmatched, her intense focus is on the needs of her clients, and her commitment to deliver success exceeds expectations.
Although engaged in many community activities and recreational interests, Sharon's first love is golf. If you need a long drive in a best ball, she is the one to call!
